It is submitted that the validation proceeding was filed in the year 2017, but later on it was found that spelling of the tribe was incorrectly mentioned in the caste certificate. The petitioner has submitted the corrected tribe certificate to the Committee on 09.06.2021. It is further submitted that petitioner is appearing for NEET examination and exploring possibility of admission in professional course.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondents.

In case, it is possible for the Committee, the Committee considering that the petitioner is appearing for NEET examination and exploring
