ORDER:

Mr Chillarge, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the rental compensation is not paid though notice has been given.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that no such application has been filed by the petitioners. 3.
It appears that, advocate notice was issued to the authority seeking payment of rental compensation. It will be necessary for the petitioner to file comprehensive application seeking rental compensation because the Acquiring Body also will be required to be heard.

The petitioners may file the application for compensation before the competent authority. If such application is filed by the petitioners seeking rental compensation, the competent authority shall decide the same on its own merits and after hearing all the parties concerned, decide it expeditiously, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of the application. 5.
