Order :- 1] Heard learned counsel for applicants. These are applications for stay.

2] In view of the nature of subject matter, I do not find any impediment to grant stay to the execution and implementation to the impugned award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in respective motor accident claim petitions. Hence, the execution and implementation to the impugned judgment and awards passed by Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal is hereby stayed subject to condition that the appellant Acquiring Body shall deposit the entire decretal amount awarded by the tribunal, alongwith interest accrued thereon in this appeal, within a period of six weeks. On failure to deposit the amount

2 903, 905 to 07 stay within the stipulated period, the stay granted shall stand automatically vacated, with liberty to the claimants to take recourse to law, for noncompliance of the order passed by this Court. Civil applications for stay are disposed of accordingly.
