Mr. Shinde, learned advocate for the respondent submits that the District Judge has decided the claim of the petitioner in respect of the time bound promotion and has negatived the claim of the petitioner. The learned advocate submits that the petitioner has an alternate remedy under Rule 17 (4) of Maharashtra Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1979. 2.

Mr. Syed, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that

2 wp 6556.17 the petitioner is not served with the copy of the order of the District Judge. Mr. Shinde, learned advocate assures to give the copy of the order to Mr. Syed, learned advocate for the petitioner. 3.
