ORAL ORDER :

Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for applicant on instructions from appellant/Insurance company make statement that amount in terms of Award shall be deposited in this Court within six weeks. The statement made by appellant through Advocate is accepted.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of amount within six weeks. Failure to deposit the amount within stipulated period, the stay granted to the execution of Award stands vacated unless time is extended before due date.

3.

The application disposed of in above terms.
