The only grievance of the Petitioners is that an application Exh.72 filed in RCS No.26/2022, is pending hearing. 2.

We have no reason to entertain this petition since the hearing on Exh.72 is posted on 23.06.2023, after it was adjourned on 15.06.2023. Therefore, there is no impediment for the learned Trial Court in deciding Exh.72.

Hence, this petition is disposed off.
