This application is filed for stay of the judgment and order delivered by Civil Judge Senior Division, Osmanabad in LAR no. 130 of 2014.

This court has seen reasons given by the Reference Court for fixing compensation amount. This Court holds that appellant acquiring body needs to be directed to deposit entire amount for giving the stay

ca13406.18 order. So application is allowed subject to condition of depositing entire compensation amount in this Court within eight weeks from today.

List the matter after depositing the entire compensation amount.

Both the Civil Applications and Civil Application No. 14047 of 2017 filed by the Original Claimant are disposed of.
