By this Petition, the petitioner challenges rule 19(3)(B)(1)(ii), 19(3) (B)(2)(ii), 19(3)(C)(ii) of the Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1959 amended vide Home Department, Notification dated 10.02.2023 being violative of Article 14,21 of the Constitution of India. 2.

Learned A.P.P. submits that now there is amendment to the Rules and entire Rules have been changed. It is also accepted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner.

In view of the said position, the Petition has become infructuous and therefore disposed.
