Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in view of order passed by this court on 21.1.2016 inadvertently the insurer has deposited part of the amount under award and same is also accepted by the Office. Learned counsel further submits that now the cheque of balance 50% amount is received and applicant insurer is ready to deposit the same. In view of this, time to deposit the balance 50% amount is extended by two weeks. Civil application is disposed of.
