1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioenr has given representation seeking inter district transfer, however, the same is not decided by the authority. Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1, 5 and 6 submits that in case the said representation is pending, the authority would decide the same on its own merits.

2. In the light of above, we pass the following order: i.

In case the representation is filed by the petitioner and the same is pending with respondents 5 and 6, then the respondents 5 and 6 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within six months.

ii. Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
