The petitioner is aggrieved by the Order dated 3.7.2018 passed by the Labour Court, Latur by which his Misc. Application (delay) No. 1/2015 seeking condonation of 15 years, 5 months and 27 days delay, was rejected. His Revision (ULP) No. 11/2018 was also dismissed by the Industrial Court vide Judgment dated 8.3.2019. 02.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition so as to approach the Conciliation Officer under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 by raising an industrial dispute under Section 2(A).

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn. If the petitioner moves an application for raising an industrial dispute under Section 2(A) of the Industrial Disputes Act within 30 days from today, the Conciliation Officer would consider the dispute on its own merits.
