This application is filed for withdrawal of remaining 25% amount of compensation.

Indisputably, the matter is covered by order passed by this Court on 18.10.2024 in Civil Application No. 8263/2023 and connected matters.

Civil Application is therefore allowed.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw remaining 25% amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body on furnishing regular undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial).
