While the petition against invalidation of caste claim of petitioner is pending, pursuant to the interim-order, the petitioner has completed M.B.B.S. course and has also completed internship. She is required to serve for the bond period. However, the same is stated to be not possible for want of internship completion certificate.

In view of the above, we deem it appropriate that internship completion certificate may be issued to the petitioner with a view to enable her to serve the bond period. No further benefit of issuance of internship certificate be taken or allowed. 4.
