The Applicant submits that by the communication dated 02.08.2013 addressed by the Deputy Director, Social Forestry to the learned AGP on behalf of the State, though the proposal of the Applicant has been sent for approval to bring him on Converted Regular Temporary Establishment (CRTE), no decision as yet has been communicated to the Applicant.

The learned AGP submits that the Non Applicants would decide the said proposal on it's own merits.

*2* 2.ca.6913.13 Since no decision has been taken for the past two years, by allowing this Civil Application, I am directing the Non Applicants to take a decision on the proposal of the Applicant within a period of THREE MONTHS from today.
