Heard learned counsel for applicant-appellant. 2.

Perused the application and other relevant documents. 3.

In view of submission, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 24-01-2018 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Beed in M.A.C.P.No. 112 of 2014, on condition that applicant/appellant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation pursuant to award along with accrued interest thereon in this court within a period of four weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondents/original claimants to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law.
