Heard learned Counsel for the applicant-appellant. 2.

The applicant-appellant has been convicted by the trial Court for the offence punishable under Section 3 read with Section 25(IB)(a) of the Arms Act, 1959 and is sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for six months and to pay fine of Rs.1000/-. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant-appellant pointed out

2802.15crapln -2that the trial Court vide order passed on 05/05/2015 has suspended the execution of the order of conviction till 04/06/2015. 4.

In view of the fact that the appeal filed by the applicantappellant has been admitted by this Court, the execution of sentence awarded by the trial Court is suspended till decision of the present appeal.

The applicant-appellant to furnish P.R. bond in the amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten thousand) and also to furnish solvent surety in the like amount before the trial Court. 6.
