Present application has been fled by the applicant for getting delay of 297 days condoned in fling criminal appeal. The applicant is the original accused in Sessions Case no.76 of 2015, who has been convicted for the ofence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code on 10-05-2018 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Beed. He has been sentenced to sufer imprisonment for life. It appears that applicant was never released on bail. Now also he has been given legal aid. Under such circumstances, for the reasons mentioned in the application, delay stands condoned.
