The petitioners have an efficacious statutory remedy by preferring a second revision before the State in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra and others, 2016 (2) SCC 213, 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to avail of the said remedy. The time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 02/05/2019 till the passing of this order, shall be considered as a good ground for condonation of delay, if the issue of limitation arises. Needless to state, all contentions of the petitioners and the litigating sides, are kept open.
