Order :- 1] Heard learned counsel for applicant..

2] Issue notice to respondents returnable on 16th July, 2018. 3] in view of the nature of subject matter, I do not find any impediment to grant stay to the execution and implementation to the impugned award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in MACP No. 212 of 2014. Hence, the execution and implementation to the impugned award passed by Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal is hereby stayed subject to condition that the appellant Acquiring Body shall deposit the entire decretal amount awarded by the tribunal, alongwith interest accrued thereon in this appeal, within a period of six weeks. On failure to deposit the amount within the stipulated period, the stay granted shall stand automatically vacated, with liberty to the claimants to take recourse to law, for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court.
