This application is moved by the petitioner seeking urgent direction against Respondent Nos. 4 and 6 to keep one post of Physics Teacher vacant till final disposal of the writ petition. 2.
It is undisputed that the applicant (petitioner) is working on part time basis. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 4 and 6, on instructions, makes a statement that even if recruitment is undertaken, it would be for regular posts and since the applicant is working on part time basis, his post will not be disturbed. 3.
In the light of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives in this application and it is accordingly disposed of.

The record shows that as far back as on 19.08.2024, this Court had granted last chance to the respondent State to file its reply affidavit. Till date, reply affidavit is not filed on record. 5.
It that light, the respondent/ State authorities are directed to place their reply affidavits on record, positively within three weeks from today.
