1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and respondent no.2.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the notice was issued to respondent no.1 but he was not found on given address. Before the trial Court, the matter is proceeded ex parte against respondent no.1. There is a bailiff report to show that respondent no.1 was not found on given address, hence, requested to allow the present application.

3] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants as well as the reasons mentioned in the application, the paper publication shall be made against respondent no.1 in daily news paper 'Punyanagari' .
