This petition is fled seeking directions against respondent No. 2 to decide the validation proceedings immediately. The contention of the petitioners is that they would be appearing for NEET examination and are exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course.

Issue notice to respondents. Learned AGP waives notice on behalf of both the respondents.

It is submitted that in majority of matters, the proposals

- 2 - for validation are fled with the Committee in the year 2019 and 2020. 4.

Considering that the petitioners are appearing for NEET examination and are exploring the possibility of admission to professional course, respondent No. 2 shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings of the petitioners by 30th August, 2021. The petitioners shall appear before respondent No. 2- Committee on 30th June, 2021.

In view of above, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
