This Court on 7th May, 2019 passed a speaking interim order. Paragraph No.10 of the said order reads thus : "10 The petitioner need not be asked to bear the pregnancy any further as it would amount to asking her to suffer more. When the case is made out for issuing appropriate writ, interim relief can be granted even at this stage. Hence, by way of interim relief the Dean of Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad is thus directed to forthwith complete the procedure of termination of pregnancy of the petitioner under supervision of the team of medical experts and as per the guidelines under the Act as well as if charges are taken from ordinary citizens, then regular charges be taken from the petitioner also. Report be submitted by the Dean of Government Medical College

It is submitted that pursuant to the interim order, the pregnancy is terminated.

In light of the above, the purpose of the Writ Petition stood served by an interim order.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
