It appears that the Special Land Acquisition Officer has awarded compensation at the rate of Rs.11,800/- per acre approximately, whereas the reference court enhanced the compensation at the rate of Rs.1,00,000/- per acre as submitted by the learned counsel appearing for both sides. In view of the same, I am inclined to permit the applicants/original claimants to withdraw the amount to the vre/-

18-CA-6314-2020+.odt extent of 75% out of the compensation amount deposited before this court with certain conditions. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

I.

The Civil Applications are hereby partly allowed. II.

Out of the compensation amount deposited before this Court, the applicants/original claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% amount on furnishing solvent surety or bank guarantee of any scheduled bank to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
