Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader and the learned advocate Mr. Ghute, who appears for the respondent No. 3.

The petitioner is seeking sanction to the proposed two teaching posts. The representation is pending with the respondent No. 3 dated 13 December 2022 page No. 27. 3.

The learned advocate for the respondent No. 3 on instructions submits that he would forward the proposal to the respondent No. 2 expeditiously.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 3 to forward the proposal to the respondent No. 2 within a period of three (03) weeks from today.
