PER COURT:- 1) This petition takes exception to the inter-se communication between the Director of Education and the School.

2) In our opinion, the petition is premature. As and when the petitioner would receive any notice or communication from the competent authority terminating his services, it will be open for the petitioner to take appropriate remedy, as may be available in law.

5770-14wp.doc 3) With the above observations, the petition stands rejected. Rejection of this petition may not be construed as an impediment to the petitioner, so as to seek appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum in case he receives the individual notices for terminating his services.
