This is an application filed for condonation of delay of 34 days caused in filing First Appeal.

The judgment and award passed by the Tribunal is assailed by way of filing present appeal. The judgment was delivered on 24.11.2016. The applicant was facing financial difficulties. He had to make arrangements for court fee and expenses for filling appeal. In that process, delay of 34 days has been caused.

For the grounds stated in the application, I am satisfied that the delay has been properly explained. Therefore, the same is liable to be condoned and it is accordingly condoned.
