The Petitioners has an efficacious statutory remedy available under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to avail of the remedy as is permissible in law. All contentions are kept open.

If an application for interim relief is made, the concerned authority would consider the same granting opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders.
