The learned Registrar (Judicial) refused registration since objections were not removed. Delay of 49 and 83 days is caused in filing these applications.

- 2 - instructions that the Petitioners/Applicants desire to withdraw the Writ Petition in the light of the GR dated 14.12.2022 introduced by the State Government. Similar matters have been withdrawn and disposed off by the orders of this Court.

Considering the above, these civil applications are allowed. The delay is condoned. The Writ Petitions be registered. 4.

On instructions from the Petitioners, the learned Advocate submits that the Petitioners desire to withdraw these petitions in the light of the GR dated 14.12.2022.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, as withdrawn on instructions.
