The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is appointed on 16.06.1997. The school where the petitioner is working is brought on grant-in-aid with effect from 01.04.2005 and from 01.04.2005 the petitioner is working on 100% grant in aid post.

The Education Officer shall consider the case of the petitioner and if he is satisfied that the

2 wp 10922.16 petitioner was working on 100% grant in aid post from 01.04.2005, then shall give the benefit of old pension scheme to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of six (6) weeks from today.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
