The present civil application has been moved for modification of order dated 05.03.2021 passed in Civil Application No.1243 of 2020. The said order was passed assuming the amount to have been deposited in this Court. It is, however, informed that the amount has been deposited in the Labour Court, Latur. 2.

Hence, in clause (ii) of the operative order, instead of the words 'the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court', the words 'the Superintendent/Registrar of the Labour Court, Latur', be substituted. Rest of the order remains as it is. 3.

The civil application is disposed of.
