Perused application and reasons as stated therein. Copy of death certificate of Sugandhabai @ Shantabai Rameshchandra Wakode is annexed, which shows that she died on 11.01.2024. Delay caused in filing application is duly explained. Hence, following order:

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (C).

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Post the Appeal under the caption of Final Hearing on 20.03.2025.
