ORDER :- This is an application for modification of the order dated 9 December, 2020, permitting the applicants (claimants) to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited, out of which 25% was to be paid on furnishing solvent surety.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after this order was passed in a First Appeal arising out of the same award, the learned Single Judge of this Court has permitted the withdrawal of 75% of the amount and on that ground the modification is sought.

We find that the order dated 9 December, 2020, was passed by the Division Bench of this Court, after hearing the parties and considering the contentions raised, no case for modification is made out.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
