Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant Online. This is an application for restoration of the Writ Petition, which came to be dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 2/2/2024, by which the office objections were directed to be removed before the stipulated date.

According to the applicant, he was not aware of the conditional order as it was not informed by the earlier Advocate appearing for him. Learned Advocate for the Applicant/

Petitioner submits that, if the matter is restored, the needful will be done.

In view of the above, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). Office objections be removed within a period of two weeks from today. After the objections are removed, the earlier order would follow. Civil Application stands disposed of.
