By this application, the applicants/appellants are seeking correction in the addresses of respondent Nos.7 & 8 and also for correction in the middle name of respondent No.1 Shantabai, as mentioned in the para No. 4 and 3 respectively in the application. The amendment sought is of technical nature and it would not change the nature of dispute. As such, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The amendment be carried out within stipulated period. 3.

On carrying out amendment, issue notice to respondent Nos. 7 and 8 on their new addresses returnable four weeks
