Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the application for bringing legal representatives has been submitted within time. The learned counsel for the respondents has also not disputed this position.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses

In so far as Civil Application nos.818 of 2018 and 3828 of 2017 are concerned the same have been filed for production of additional evidence. Those civil applications will be considered at the time of hearing of the writ petition.
