The petition is misconceived.

The petitioner is challenged the order dated 27.12.2017 whereby the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad refused to review the order dated 05.07.2016. 3.

I do not see any error in the order impugned. 4.

The order of which review was sought is the order of remand and the Tahsildar is directed to conduct fresh enquiry as regards the claim of the respondents that they are the tenants.

The Tahsildar is expected to conduct the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and in any event to complete the same with twelve (12) months.
