PER COURT :- It would be open for the petitioner to approach the Director of Sugar/ Regional Deputy Director of Sugar, Aurangabad for redressal of his grievance in respect of non-payment of FRP. If such a complaint/representation is made, the Regional Deputy Director of Sugar / Director of sugar may take appropriate decision after examining the relevant record, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. So far as the claim for damages which the petitioner proposes to raise against the respondent factory is concerned, it would be open for the petitioner to avail of remedies available in law.
