The learned AGP informs that the amount of Rs.51,97,985/- received for being paid to the petitioners herein came to be frozen due to the order passed by the executing Court in connection with some other execution proceeding. The executing Court, is therefore, directed to partially de-freeze the account so as to enable respondent-State to release that much amount in favour of the petitioners herein within one week.

Respondent no.7 thereafter immediately to pay the amount to the petitioners herein.

The Petition, therefore, stands disposed of with liberty to revive this petition, if this order is not complied with.
