This is an application for bringing LRs of applicant Nos. 3 i.e. petitioner No.3 on record. While filing the application, there is delay caused of 647 days. Reason assigned in the application that the applicant had earlier engaged one advocate Mr. Thorbole. However, there is no communication between applicant and lawyer. Thereafter it has come to the knowledge that the learned advocate Mr. Thorbole who was

The applicant thereafter approached an Advocate and filed this application. In that process there is delay caused. 4.

In view of the same, this court finds that there is sufficient ground to condone the delay. Hence, the delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed.

Advocate for the petitioner to carryout the amendment within two weeks from today.
