In the morning sessions, when this matter was called, nobody was present on behalf of the applicant. Therefore the matter was kept on 20th July, 2015, however the said order is not signed by me. 2.

Mentioned at 5 p.m. At this state, learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the present application, charge sheet is filed before the Court of law. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the application in view of the subsequent filing of the charge sheet, with liberty to move a fresh application for bail before the learned trial Court. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
