The petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 22.03.2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3862 of 2017, is in receipt of the corrected tribe certificate and undertakes to forward the same together with the proposal to the Scrutiny Committee within a period of two weeks from today. The Scrutiny Committee, on its receipt, shall decide the proposal tendered by the petitioner in respect of verification of his tribe certificate, within a period of one year from the date of its receipt, as has been directed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3862 of 2017. The petitioner did appear for first year B.D.S. examination in furtherance of the order issued by this Court on 04.05.2017. Respondent No.4 is directed to declare result of the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner shall be permitted to prosecute further

{2} wp633617.odt studies, however, subject to the decision that would be rendered by the Scrutiny Committee on the proposal in respect of verification of tribe certificate of the petitioner.
