This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the Oral Judgment dated 30th September, 2016.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that in paragraph 6 of the judgment, Sections 302 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code have been erroneously mentioned in place of Sections 353 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code.
This motion is allowed. Paragraph 6 of the Oral Judgment dated 30th September, 2016 be corrected accordingly so as to indicate Sections 353 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code. A corrected copy of the judgment be issued.
