Further perused the order dated 14.12.2020 passed by this Court. Since, Advocate Mr. Waramaa was absent on that day, the matter was posted today. Now, the settlement is made as the parties have settled the matter. There is a mutual consent between the parties and under such circumstances, the learned Advocate representing the revision applicants, seeks withdrawal of the application.

Since, the matter is quasi civil, withdrawal is permitted so also in view of the fact that the matter is amicably settled, present revision application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
