Learned Advocate Mr. Kulkarni, for the respondent nos. 1 to 5 submits that during pendency of this Writ Petition, the main matter i.e. MACP No. 217/2014, was settled between the parties and disposed of by order dated 16.02.2019. He tenders across the bar the copy of the said order which is taken on record and marked as exhibit 'X'.

In view of the submissions, nothing survives in this petition, which was against the order of attachment which was passed during the pendency of the said MACP, and stands disposed of as infructuous.
