Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

It has been pointed out by the learned Advocates for the parties that the learned Sessions Court, dealing with the matter, has commenced the recording of evidence of witnesses and till date 3 witnesses have been examined. However, to examine remaining witnesses, the concerned Court will require some more time. 3.

Since the appellant is languishing in jail since 2022, it is khs/Nov.2025/320

- 2 - appropriate to direct the learned Sessions Court to complete the trial within 6 months. The appellant is at liberty to approach this Court again if the trial is not completed in the prescribed time limit. 4.

The learned APP states that the parties be directed to cooperate while the recording of evidence. The respective parties are hereby directed to co-operate Trial Court to complete the trial. 5.

Appeal is disposed of in view of the above terms. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merit of the case and the Trial Court shall not be influenced by this order while concluding the trial.
