The petitioner claims to belong to Mannervarlu, Scheduled Tribe and has been admitted to medical course as against a seat reserved for Scheduled Tribe category. As a result of failure of the petitioner to submit validity certificate, Respondent No.4-University has not declared result of B.D.S. Examination. This Court permitted the petitioner to appear for the examination in view of the interim order passed on 04.05.2017 and accordingly petitioner did appear for the examination.

In the circumstances, this petition can be disposed of by directing the Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the proposal of the petitioner pending with the Committee, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today; and it is accordingly directed. Respondent No.4-University is directed to declare result of the petitioner forthwith. In the

{2} wp632817.odt meanwhile, petitioner shall be permitted to prosecute further studies subject to the outcome of proposal pending with the Scrutiny Committee.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
