We have heard learned counsel Mr.Chatterji for the appellants at length.

Learned counsel Mr.Chatterji for the appellants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw Criminal Appeal No.165/2021, when we have expressed disinclination to grant relief. 3.

Learned counsel Mr.Pawar also on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Criminal Appeal No.304/2021 & Criminal Appeal No. 305/2021.

Both learned counsel submit before us that the appellants - accused are in jail in connection with the present crime since 11th April, 2020. Learned counsel submit that the necessary directions be given to the trial Court for expeditious hearing of the case.

Leave granted. Criminal appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellants - accused are at liberty to file the application for expeditious hearing of the case and upon filing of such application for expeditious hearing of the case, the trial Court can consider the same in terms of the norms
