ORDER :- This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased - sole petitioner who expired on 27 February, 2022.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the cause of action survives as on account of the invalidation of the caste claim of the deceased - petitioner, the family pension and other retiral benefits of the deceased are not paid.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The petitioner to supply the copy of the amended petition to the other side.
