AND CROSS OBJECTION (ST) NO. 30114 OF 2018 IN FIRST APPEAL NO. 2536 OF 2017 ORDER : - 1.
The present First Appeal is listed before us in today's Lokadalat.

The appellant - Insurance Company / original claimant no. 3 preferred the appeal. The original respondents have also filed the cross-objections for the enhancement of the compensation amount. The original claimants are present in the office of the learned Counsel. Both the parties have arrived at the settlement and reduced their terms
-2of compromise into writing and placed before this Lokadalat. The same are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 3.
In view of the compromise terms at "X", the appellant - Insurance Company agreed to pay the enhanced compensation of Rs.5,50,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs and Fifty Thousand) including NFL amount towards the full and final settlement. The respondent - original claimants seeks permission to withdraw their cross objections in terms of this compromise at 'X'. In view of this, we pass the following order.
ORDER
[i] The appeal is allowed in terms of Compromise terms at "X". [ii] The present cross-objection of the original claimants is disposed of as withdrawn.
[iii] The appellant - Insurance Company is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 5,50,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs and Fifty Thousand) with the learned MACT, Sangamner, Dist. Ahmednagar, within five weeks from today.
-3- [iv] The amount deposited by the appellant in this Court along with the interest accrued thereon, shall also be transmitted to the MACT, Sangamner.
[v] The learned MACT, Sangamner shall disburse the amount of Rs. 5,50,000/- agreed by enhancement, according to law. [vi] The amount deposited by appellant in this Court be disbursed amongst claimants, as per the impugned Award. [vii] The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. [viii]Pending Civil Application, if any, stands disposed of.
